Directions: Take 4 or 5 capsules per day with food or as directed by your physician. Store at controlled room temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Do not purchase or use if printed seal under cap or clear safety seal around bottle is broken or missing.

Warnings: Not recommended for use in amounts over the recommended daily intake (RDI) of 400 mg per day (4 or 5 capsules). If you have kidney disease, are pregnant, or are nursing a baby, consult a physician before using this product. May have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children.
