Directions: Use: 1. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. 2. Apply directly to injured area; no towel or cover needed. Leave in place for no more than 20 minutes. 3. Remove compress and return to freezer for at least 30 minutes before reapplying. Always return to freezer promptly for faster reuse.

Warnings: Individuals with problems in sensing cold should use extreme caution with this product. To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time.
