Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: Apply generously to affected area. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 4 times daily. After applying wash hands with soap and water. Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor. Close cap tightly between uses.

Active Ingredients: Menthol 7.6%; Methyl Salicylate 29%

Inactive Ingredients: Paraffin; White Petrolatum
