Easily thickens liquids and pureed foods for people with difficulty swallowing. Gluten free, kosher. Does not change appearance or taste. Easily digested and does not bind fluids. Measuring spoon enclosed.

Directions: Scoop and level off recommended amount of Thick-It 2 Instant Food and Beverage Thickener using enclosed measuring spoon. Slowly add Thick-It 2 Instant Food and Beverage Thickener to the liquid while stirring briskly with a spoon, fork or whisk until thickener has dissolved. Let the thickened liquid stand 30 seconds to 1 minute to achieve desired consistency and serve. When mixed with milk or nutritional supplement drink, stir briskly, let stand 5 to 10 minutes, stir and serve.
