Directions: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Do not use if neck ring is broken or missing.

Active Ingredients: Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 0.25%

Inactive Ingredients: Boric Acid; Calcium Chloride; Dequest; Potassium Chloride; Sodium Bicarbonate; Sodium Borate; Sodium Chloride; Magnesium Chloride; Sodium Perborate; Trehalose; Water for Injection

Warnings: For external use only. To avoid contamination do not touch tip of opened container to any surface. Replace cap after using. Do not use: if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation; conditioner worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
