Directions: Measuring instructions: 1 Measure calf circumference at greatest width to determine size. 2 Measure distance from bend of knee to bottom of heel to determine length. Wear instructions: 1) Insert hand into stockings as far as the heel pocket. Grasp center of the heel pocket and turn stocking inside out. 2) Carefully position stocking over foot and heel. Center heel in heel pocket. 3) Pull stocking up and around ankle and calf, working up to the final position. The stitch change (change in fabric sheerness) should fall 1-2 inches below the bend of the knee. Smooth out any excess material.
