Directions: To measure blood pressure: Slide left arm through cuff until the bottom edge is about 1/2" above your elbow. Tighten the cuff until it is snug against your arm, without being too tight. Insert the stethoscope, flat side down, underneath the arm cuff and over your brachial artery. Insert the ear tips of your stethoscope into your ears. Use the pump ball to inflate the cuff. Release the air in the cuff by opening the valve. Listen for pulse sounds to determine your blood pressure.

Warnings: Follow instructions of Use to Avoid Hazards. This blood pressure monitor is not intended for use on children under age 18.
