Directions: For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules one to two times daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period.

Ingredients: 2 Quick Release Capsules: Red Yeast Rice (Monascus Purpureus) 1200 mg (1.2 g); Gelatin Capsule; Rice Powder; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate
