OneTouch Ultra FastTake Control Solution 2 Vials

Diabetes care. For in vitro diagnostic self-testing. For use with OneTouch Ultra test strips and OneTouch Ultra family of meters and the OneTouch Ping meter remote.

Directions: Read package insert before using this product. Shake well before use. Use within 3 months after opening. One vial contains sufficient volume for a minimum of 75 tests. Record discard date on the vial. Store at temperatures under 86 degrees F (30 degrees C). Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Do not use if seal at either end is missing or broken.
