Directions: For adults, take one (1) coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Ingredients: 1 Coated Tablet: Iron (as Ferrous Sulfate) 65 mg; Dried Ferrous Sulfate 205 mg (Equivalent to 325 mg Liquid Ferrous Sulfate Which Provides 65 mg Elemental Iron Per Tablet); Cellulose (Plant Origin); Crospovidone; Croscarmellose; Contains <2% of: Cellulose Coating; Silica; Titanium Dioxide Color; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Vegetable Stearic Acid
