Reusable, conforming and soft to the touch. This cold/hot pack provides an effective and safe cold and hot therapy treatment, which is frequently recommended by medical professionals. Large size 12.0 in x 7.8 in. (30.4 cm x 19.8 cm). Perfect for all body parts. Microwaveable.

Directions: Cold therapy: Freeze it: Store in freezer for 2 hours prior to use. Store in freezer after use. Heat therapy: Microwave it. Microwave covered pack on high (100% power) for 30 seconds. Microwave pack for additional 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Apply it (both Hot or Cold therapy) Protective wrap to put against skin is optional. Apply to injured area. Time it: Alternating application 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off. See detailed instructions on product.

Warnings: To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Check for leaks before use. Throw away if leaking.
