Directions: Easy to apply: 1. Place foot in sleeve. 2. Pull up to center hole over knee cap. Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry. Air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. For sizing: Measure around center of knee: L/XL: 16 -20 in (40-50 cm).
