For self-testing. For use only with: FreeStyle, FreeStyle Flash, FreeStyle Freedom, FreeStyle Freedom Lite, FreeStyle Lite, CoZmonitor, OmniPod, FreeStyle Navigator, FreeStyle InsuLinx blood glucose monitoring systems. Contains high and low 2 x 4.0 mL bottles.

Directions: Consult instructions for use. Store between 35-86 degrees F (2-30 degrees C). Shake vial before using. Apply one drop of the control solution to the test strip. Discard three months after opening. Write discard date on vial label.

Ingredients: Reagent Composition: .05% D-Glucose (Low Control Solution) and 99.95% Other Ingredients. .3% D-Glucose (High Control Solution) and 99.70% Other Ingredients

Warnings: For in vitro diagnostic use. Do not drink or swallow.
