Directions: Separate the left and right Odor-X insoles. If your shoes' insoles are removable, take them out and use them as a guide to trim the Odor-X insoles. If the insoles can't be removed, identify your shoe size on the bottom of the Odor-X insoles, (M-Men, W-Women, B-Boys, G-Girls). Trim with sharp scissors along the outside of the trace line. Place the Odor-X insoles in your shoes with the dark cloth side up.
