How do I take CLA?

Again, you can eat full-fat dairy products, but you may want to gear your nutritional approach similarly to a ketogenic or low-carb diet. Fat is so amazing and beneficial  when used and eaten correctly. You can also take a CLA supplement, but it may not be as advantageous considering the isomers are a tad different in both. Food-based CLA contains c9 and t11 compounds, while supplements have c12 and t10.

The bottom line: consuming full-fat foods is the best way to get CLA in its most beneficial form.
