Directions: Twist protective cap 1 turn (360 degrees) and pull straight out to remove. Press button to activate lancet. Operating range is 50-104 degrees F (10-40 degrees C). Store between 32-122 degrees F (0-50 degrees C).

Warnings: Contains small parts. Keep out of reach of small children and pets. Do not use if protective cap has been previously removed from lancet. SINGLE PATIENT USE ONLY. Only single use disposable blood lancets should be used for assisted blood draws by healthcare providers or at healthcare provision sites. Dispose of used lancets in an approved sharps container.
