Neoprene blend wrap combined with hot cold reusable gel packs provide a constant and long-lasting temperature during use. Gel pack is microwavable and freezer safe for heat and cold therapy. For right or left shoulder. Contains: 1 wrap, 2 gel packs (for coverage on front and back of shoulder).

Directions: Hot use: Heat only when pack is at room temperature. Microwave heating: Lay pack flat in a microwave oven on a paper towel or paper plate. Heat at full power for 20 seconds. If pack expands like a balloon: Stop heating. Pack is too hot. Let pack cool. Check for leaks. Remove pack carefully from microwave oven and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check for desired temperature (see applying hot pack to skin). To reheat, place hot pack back in microwave for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack again to distribute heat. Applying hot pack to skin: Insert cold/hot pack into pockets of should wrap or wrap in cloth. Check for desired temperature by carefully placing covered pack against forearm. If too hot, let cool. When comfortable, apply pack to desired area. Remove pack if it becomes uncomfortable. Cold use: Store cold/hot packs flat in freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Applying to shoulder: Insert cold/hot packs into pocks of shoulder wrap. Apply wrap to shoulder and secure around rib cage. Use detachable strap for additional support. Washing: Reusable cold/hot pack: Wipe with a damp cloth shoulder wrap: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
